The Armed Forces Flag Day Run - “Ye Shaam Sainikon ke Naam” - is being jointly organized by the Rajya Sainik Board, Government of West Bengal, in collaboration with the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata (AIMK). This unique public initiative aims to generate support for the welfare of military veterans from West Bengal, while promoting unity, gratitude, and community engagement.

AIMK, a premier business school where over 80% of the students are wards of Armed Forces personnel, serves as a symbolic and meaningful venue for this special occasion. The run will commence and conclude at the AIMK Campus in New Town, Kolkata, providing a proud anchor point for this inspiring event.

This is not just a run - it’s an expression of solidarity with our heroes, taking veteran welfare beyond the barracks and into the hearts of the people.

• 🛡️ Security and Medical Aid Stations across the route for safety

📍 Route Details:

The run will be held on the road from Army Institute of Management (AIMK), Saporji NBCC, Street 878, ITC InfoTech, and back.

• 🕒 Timing will be officially tracked only for 12 KM and 6 KM runs
