Welcome to Athlenic.com, an online marathon registration portal owned and operated by CDLS Technologies Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for event registrations made through our website.
All payments and refund processes are handled exclusively by CDLS Technologies Private Limited. Event organizers are not responsible or liable for any payment-related issues or refund processing.
General Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Registrations: Once a participant has registered for an event, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because BIBs and other personalized materials are created immediately upon registration.
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only possible if the booking amount has been deducted from the participant but the BIB has not been generated.
Event Cancellations or Changes
- Cancellation by Organizers: If an event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
- Event Modifications: If there are significant changes to the event (e.g., location or date changes), participants will be notified and given the option to accept the changes or request a refund.
Note: While organizers may initiate the refund process in the event of cancellations or changes, all payments and refund transactions will be processed solely by CDLS Technologies Private Limited.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God. However, we will work with participants to offer alternative solutions, such as transferring registrations to future events.
Refund Process
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@athlenic.com and must include your registration details and reason for the request.
- Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15 days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Event organizers are not responsible or liable for payment failures, delays, or refund processing. Any disputes or concerns regarding payment or refunds must be directed to CDLS Technologies Private Limited through the official support channel.
