General Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Registrations: Once a participant has registered for an event, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because BIBs and other personalized materials are created immediately upon registration.
  2. Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only possible if the booking amount has been deducted from the participant but the BIB has not been generated.

Event Cancellations or Changes

  1. Cancellation by Organizers: If an event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
  2. Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
  3. Event Modifications: If there are significant changes to the event (e.g., location or date changes), participants will be notified and given the option to accept the changes or request a refund.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God. However, we will work with participants to offer alternative solutions, such as transferring registrations to future events.

Refund Process
